Article Processing Charges (APC)

International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Studies (IJMRS) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal. To support editorial management, peer review, website and OJS maintenance, digital archiving, DOI registration, and other publishing-related services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

APC Rates

- Authors from Nepal: NPR 6,000 per accepted manuscript
- Authors from low-income economies: USD 60 per accepted manuscript
- Authors from lower-middle-income economies: USD 100 per accepted manuscript
- Authors from upper-middle-income and high-income economies: USD 200 per accepted manuscript

2026 Introductory 50% Waiver

To encourage wider participation in scholarly publishing and make quality research more accessible to authors around the world, IJMRS is offering a 50% reduction on the applicable APC for all accepted manuscripts published during 2026.

Effective APC for 2026:

- Nepal: NPR 3,000
- Low-income economies: USD 30
- Lower-middle-income economies: USD 50
- Upper-middle-income and high-income economies: USD 100

The 50% introductory waiver is automatically applied to all accepted manuscripts published during 2026 and does not require a separate waiver request.

Additional Waiver and Financial Assistance

Authors who are unable to pay the applicable APC due to genuine financial hardship may request an additional full or partial waiver from the Editorial Office. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

APC waivers or discounts are completely independent of the editorial decision and will have no influence on peer review, manuscript evaluation, or acceptance.

Payment Policy

- There is no manuscript submission fee.
- No fee is charged for peer review.
- APC is payable only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.
- DOI registration and online publication are included in the APC.
- Payment may be made through Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet/QR Payment.
